  • Yes. the owner, Angela, will visit your home or facility in order to give you an estimate.

  • Yes, we bring our own high quality supplies to accomplish every task in our checklist within your home. We also clean and sanitize all our supplies, including our vacuums, between cleanings.

  • We strive to provide the best cleaning possible during our time within our home. If you’re not satisfied, then we will return when possible to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.

    If we cannot satisfy your expectations, the relationship will be permanently terminated.

  • To get a same day booking, it depends entirely on how full our schedule currently is. Make sure to reach out to us for any questions you may have.

  • No. Some of our clients give us a key and their alarm code, and our cleaning techs undergo an intensive background check and training, with most of them being with us for several years.

  • Although we try our best to be on time for your scheduled cleaning, sometimes traffic can get the best of us. Please allow for up to 15 minutes of leeway, and if you have any concerns, go ahead and contact us.

  • When we do our initial walkthrough of your home or facility, we make sure to confirm our estimate with you before we clean.

    After we finish, we’ll charge you for the cleaning. If it takes less time than estimated, we’ll charge for less.

  • No, we do not have any required commitments or contracts.

    However, with residential cleanings, you’ll be charged a flat rate instead of being charged hourly if we clean your home consistently.

    This will return to the hourly rate if it’s been more than 30 days since we’ve cleaned your home.

  • Yes! All our employees undergo a thorough background check.

  • For an Essential Cleaning, 1-2 cleaning techs will arrive to your home.

    For a Deep or Move Out/Move In Cleaning, expect 2-3 cleaning techs to arrive.

  • Absolutely! The safety of your property and your protection is a top priority.

  • We have been in business for 11 years as of 2024.

  • We don’t have rules for your children or pets. however, during our initial walkthrough for your estimate, let us know if the pets you have are friendly or not.

  • Tipping is not required, but we greatly appreciate it!

  • If you haven’t booked with us before, you’ll be able to pick any extra services within our quote form. If there’s anything else, type it into the ‘Message’ box.

  • Of course! All our cleaning techs are insured and bonded, and undergo extensive background checks and training to ensure the safety of your property.

  • Our cleaning techs are full employees, meaning that they aren’t there for just a paycheck, and that we’re able to maintain our high standards for every cleaning.

  • When we finish cleaning your home or facility, you can pay through the following options:

    Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, cash, check (not for move out cleans), and Square.

  • Yes, there are cancellation fees. You will not be charged for rescheduling, however.
